Misha's Rules

Our new kitten Misha has come up with her own rules regarding how you eat, sleep, or otherwise act throughout your day. A few of these I have already posted on Facebook.

Misha's Rules:

#1.) When petting me, you must use both hands and face.

#2.) Do not sit down with a lactose-free glass of milk or bowl of vanilla ice cream unless you intend to share. I WILL get onto your lap and attempt to stick my face into the dairy deliciousness. Why? Because Amy spoils me greatly and allows me to lick the bowl clean when she's done, providing she hasn't put in any chocolate or anything else that might be harmful to me.

#3.) I LOVE it when you are using the heating pad on your leg, arm or other area that would allow me to share it with you.

#4.) When you're making dinner, I KNOW you are using raw meat. I must have my share.

#5.) Humans should not be allowed to sleep any longer than 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. without feeding me, playing with me (i.e. I pounce on your feet while they are under the sheets) or giving me at least 10 minutes of love at which time I will bury my face into your neck or face and knead my front (clipped) claws against your skin while you stroke me lovingly.

#6.) If I feel like playing, do not be surprised if I pounce on your feet.

#7.) I REALLY like it when you stalk me back.

#8.) I don't really like my dry food, I prefer the expensive stuff from the can, or even better, the raw meat you just thawed out for dinner.

#9.) I won't notice if you are wearing glasses until you take them off at which time I may attempt to run off with them if I find them to be particularly interesting.

These are all the rules I can think of to write at the moment. I'm sure I'll think of more as soon as I log off.
